“A neighbor’s kid prodded my kid into doing a dangerous Tik-Tok challenge. My kid ended up in the ER. I asked the other kid’s parent to pay for my son’s ER bill because their kid pressured mine into doing this ridiculous stunt. The boy’s mother refused and said it’s my kid’s fault for doing the challenge. I disagree because he would have never done this had he not been pressured by her son. I am thinking about getting a lawyer. Should she have to pay?”
